Nearly 7 years ago ZEROREZ® came to Atlanta. The Atlanta franchise was purchased by Steve Colton of John’s Creek, former VP of Gerber Baby Foods and CIBA Vision.

While carpet and surface cleaning technology has been the same for the past 50 years, ZEROREZ® introduced a revolutionary cleaning system that not only cleans better, but also safer. This patented technology is surrounded by a proprietary cleaning solution called Empowered Water™ or “magic water,” as our clients are calling it. This fluid is manufactured at our Atlanta facility and has the ability to clean like soap and eliminate most germs and bacteria instantly — without any chemical additives! Empowered Water™ is true green cleaning that REALLY cleans! Empowered Water™ contains ZERO additives so there is no residue (hence the name, ZEROREZ®) leaving your surfaces cleaner longer.

Shortly after the company's inception, Patrick Spencer of Buckhead joined Steve Colton in his quest to develop a service company that provided an unparallel service and product. First, they brought a revolutionary cleaning technology to an industry that has not evolved in over 50 years. Next, they introduced a higher level of service and customer care to an industry that has a stigma of “bait and switch” tactics, poor customer service or “no-service”, and inexperienced technicians.

ZEROREZ® is on a quest to bring a product and service that is better and different to every home in the Atlanta market. All of our technicians train for months before they are allowed to step inside your home. ZEROREZ® Technicians are required to pass a 15 page technical exam before they are released into the field alone. No service is performed without your consent. ZEROREZ® of Atlanta technicians have clean backgrounds – no DUI’s, no criminal records, and they are all licensed, bonded and insured. ZEROREZ® of Atlanta technicians are required to follow strict company guidelines and uniform codes to insure that you and your family feel safe and comfortable with the person in your home.
