ZEROREZ® came to Atlanta in 2004. The Atlanta franchise was purchased by Steve Colton of John’s Creek, former VP of Gerber Baby Foods and CIBA Vision.

ZEROREZ® introduced a revolutionary cleaning system that not only cleans better, but also more safely.

The system and method used by ZEROREZ® is patented (US Patent #6,638,364) and is surrounded by a proprietary cleaning solution called Empowered Water™. While our clients enjoy calling it “magic water,” Empowered Water™ is manufactured at our Atlanta facility and has the ability to clean like soap and eliminate most germs and bacteria instantly — without any chemical additives.

Company Growth

Shortly after the company's inception, Patrick Spencer of Buckhead joined Steve Colton in his quest to develop a service company that provided an unparalleled service to match their revolutionary product.

Together they developed a customer care standard that set ZEROREZ® apart from the carpet cleaning services that employ “bait and switch” tactics, poorly trained technicians and offer non-existent customer service.

Today, ZEROREZ® Atlanta has more than 20 vehicles dispatched from our central office, serving all of Metro Atlanta.

Trained Technicians

All of our technicians train for months before they are allowed to step inside your home.

• ZEROREZ® Technicians must pass a 15-page technical exam before they are released into the field alone.
• No service is performed without your consent.
• ZEROREZ® of Atlanta technicians have clean backgrounds – no DUI’s, no criminal records, and they are all licensed, bonded and insured.
• Technicians are required to follow strict company guidelines and uniform codes to insure that you and your family feel safe and comfortable with the person in your home.
